Infrastructure works can be done periodically in Oludeniz-Ovacık and Hisaronu regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

Extras:

The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Damage Deposit:

Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
