1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the customer making a reservation
through fethiyevillarent.com (“Buyer”) and Fethiye Villa Rent (“Seller”).

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the reservation, payment, cancellation, and usage conditions
of the villa rental service selected by the Buyer.

3. Service Details

The following information presented during reservation shall be binding:

• Location of the villa

• Date range

• Number of guests

• Total price

4. Payment

A reservation becomes final only after:

• A prepayment or

• Full payment

is completed using the payment methods specified on the Website.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the time remaining before check-in.
Refund rules are subject to the terms presented during reservation.
Except for force majeure, refunds may not be issued for active reservation periods.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information,

• Follow villa usage rules,

• Be responsible for damages during the stay.

7. Seller’s Liability

The Seller exercises due care in providing the service.
However, the Seller shall not be liable for events beyond control such as
natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party issues.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Accommodation services provided for a specific date
may fall under withdrawal right exceptions under applicable laws.
In such cases, the Buyer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Authorized courts: Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Effectiveness

By completing a reservation on the Website,
the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
