Daily consumables for hygiene purposes (such as toilet paper, food, beverages, etc.) are not provided in the villa. -
👨🌾 Natural Environment:
As the villa is located in a natural setting, there is a possibility of encountering insects such as butterflies, flies, or mosquitoes.
Regular pest control is carried out; however, due to natural conditions, the presence of insects cannot be completely prevented. -
📌 Ovacık Area:
Due to high demand in the Ovacık region, temporary electricity or water outages, infrastructure works, and voltage fluctuations may occasionally occur. -
🛠 Construction Works:
Outside the peak summer season, construction activities in the area may cause noise.
This situation is not specific to Villa Simge 1, but applies to all villas operating in the region. -
🔐 Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 2,000 TRY is collected upon check-in to cover any breakage, loss, or damage.
The full amount will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is detected.
